Meet the Dynamic Duo

Zach Kowach
Lead Engineer // Songwriter // Co-Founder
Zach's music journey started in 2008, writing music with friends at the age of 14. In 2010 he joined a band, "Faith for the Fallen", as their drummer. He went on to drum for a few other bands including "The Oceanside." After doing studio recordings with The Oceanside, Zach realized his innate desire to learn how to write, mix, and master music himself. He dedicated the next eight years to learn and hone these skills. Four of those years included professional training with Musician on a Mission. Zach has developed professional quality skills to help other musicians achieve their ideal sound. He is always up for a challenge and strives to make each mix better than the last, knowing that growth has no end.

Zach is inspired by music artists such as Blink-182, A Day to Remember, The Ghost Inside, Gideon, Chevelle, and August Burns Red.
If he's not in the music studio, he's most likely spending time with his family, grilling steaks, or flying an F-16 on Digital Combat Simulator.

Kait Kowach
Assistant Engineer // Songwriter // Co-Founder
At the age of 11, Kait started piano lessons and quickly learned that she'd much rather write her own music than practicing the assigned performance pieces. She knew then that she wanted to be a musician. No, an actor. No, an astronomer. It wasn't until she met Zach (when the two fell in love while working at the local Domino's Pizza), that she absolutely knew she was destined to write music. With Zach's help, Kait learned how to use a Digital Audio Workspace (DAW) to write her songs and quickly mastered the songwriting process. In the last seven years, Kait has worked on several projects, and is known predominantly for her musical work in local films. She aspires to master the bass guitar, continue to contribute to other musicians, and have her music put to visual media for major brands and networks.
Some of Kait's favorite artists include Metric, The Killers, Our Last Night, Owl City, and Linkin Park.

When she's not in the music studio, Kait is typically caring for her plants, reading Tom Clancy books, or spending time with friends and family.
